We are seeking an Implementation Lead to join our high-performing team in support of Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Oracle shared service environments. This individual will provide expert-level support, analysis, and research into complex technical and functional challenges, working as a key member of an executive-level project team.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a technical and functional expert, offering strategic guidance on Oracle EBS R12.2+ systems.
Lead and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts in support of highly complex technical problems.
Provide technical direction, interpretation, and innovative alternatives on enterprise-level solutions.
Support and sustain Oracle EDQ and ODI tools across implementations and post-production efforts.
Work independently under consultative direction to achieve long-range organizational goals and objectives.
Deliver functional support for Oracle development, upgrades, and ongoing system sustainment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand Federal and DoD business processes and apply them effectively within Oracle EBS.
Provide end-to-end direction and functional oversight of key projects, ensuring alignment with mission goals.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a relevant technical or functional role.
Expert-level experience supporting DoD or Federal Oracle shared service providers on Oracle EBS R12.2+ platforms.
Hands-on experience with Oracle EDQ and ODI tools for both implementation and sustainment tasks.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS applications and associated Federal/DoD business processes.
Proven ability to deliver functional support across the full lifecycle of major Oracle development and upgrade efforts.
Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Information Systems Architecture
- Telecommunications Systems Design and Implementation
- Software Development Methodologies
- Information Systems Integration
- Security Engineering
- Network Systems Management
- Functional domains such as Finance, Logistics, or Operations Research
Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to operate autonomously and make impactful decisions.
Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance and US Citizenship
