About the Program
Provide consolidated application support and technical services for approximately 300 enterprise applications across DLA’s IT Enterprise. Tasks include:
- Application and web administration support (IIS, Apache, ColdFusion, etc.)
- Database administration (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2)
- Middleware administration (Oracle Fusion Middleware, WebLogic, APEX)
- Project and task order management
- Risk and performance management
- Compliance with 8570/8140 certifications, DoD RMF, and STIGs
- Support spans environments hosted on-premises, in DISA facilities, and commercial cloud environments (Azure, AWS). Services must cover both NIPRNET and SIPRNET systems.
Serves as the project manager for large, complex task orders and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer Representative (COR), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives. Is responsible for the overall management of task order(s) to ensure that technical solutions and schedules are implemented on time.
Minimum Requirements:
• Must have Project Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other equivalent nationally recognized certification.)
• Ten (10) years of project management or other relevant experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
• Fifteen (15) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
• BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience.
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.
Additional Requirements:
• DoD Approved 8570 / 8140 IAM Level III Certification: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Chief Information Security Officer (C-CISO), and GIAC Security Leadership (GSLC).
• Two (2) years of experience in supporting DoD Program Acquisition Category (ACAT) I Level or ACAT III level IT development programs in the areas of program management (PM), systems engineering (SE) related functional/technical quality, cost analysis (CA), and configuration management (CM) assessments and audits of DoD IT program lifecycle requirements, documents, and data and their compliance with DoD acquisition policies and regulations.
